Personal data we process

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company details and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, we process the corresponding contact details and any information you choose to provide.

The website's hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address, time of request, requested page and browser information in security and server logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We process contact details and messages to respond to enquiries, assess requests and, where relevant, take steps before a potential engagement. The legal basis is Helm Solutions' legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us and, where an enquiry concerns a potential contract, taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.

Technical logs are processed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website, based on the legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to manage the contact and any relevant follow-up. Information that becomes part of a client or contractual relationship may be retained longer where necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Other information is deleted when no longer needed. Technical logs are retained in accordance with the hosting provider's security and retention practices.

Recipients and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to Helm Solutions through Resend. These providers process information to provide hosting and email delivery and may engage subprocessors.

Personal data may be processed in the United States or other countries outside the EU/EEA. The providers state that applicable safeguards are used for these transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability.
