Have you received an inspection report, a request for information or requirements to take corrective action? We help you assess the requirements, prepare a response and manage the dialogue with the supervisory authority.

For clearly defined inspection matters. We review the documentation and confirm the agreed scope before you place an order. For more extensive matters, we provide a separate fixed-price proposal.

Scope and exclusions

What is included

Review of the authority's documentation, assessment of the requirements, a review meeting with you, preparation of the response and authority correspondence, plus follow-up and one round of supplementary information within the agreed scope.

Exclusions

The fixed price applies to the questions and documentation agreed before the engagement begins. New questions or more extensive investigation needs are discussed and priced before work continues. Sampling, site visits, technical investigations, appeals, authority fees and implementation of corrective actions are not included. The client remains responsible for information about its operations and for implementing any measures.

About

Environmental science experience from both sides of regulatory supervision.

Helm Solutions is led by Pontus Helm, an environmental scientist with experience in environmental regulation, authority inspections, environmental management and technical environmental matters.

As a former environmental inspector, Pontus has worked with how requirements are assessed and followed up by authorities. His subsequent operator-side experience includes environmental regulation, inspection matters and environmental management in day-to-day operations.

This combination provides an understanding of both regulatory intent and operational constraints—helping clients find solutions that are well-founded, clear and practical to implement.
